The Zinkin Kids’ PB & J Smoothie
10 ounces of 100% apple juice
2 scoops (approx. 1⁄2 cup) nonfat or vanilla yogurt
10 whole fresh or frozen strawberries
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tablespoon chunky or regular peanut
1 cup ice
1. Pour all the contents into a blender. Blend until mixture looks smooth.
2. Pour into large cup and serve chilled.
