Inspired by the book One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish by Dr. Seuss (Random House Children’s Books)
Kids will be excited to “sea” this fun, fish-themed lunch.
Tuna sandwiches are taken to the next level cropped with a cookie cutter prior to filling.
Add chopped veggies to your favorite tuna fish recipe for both crunch and nutrition.
Style the fish swimming through seaweed using raw sugar snap peas.
Red and blue berries further support the book’s theme.
