Leprechaun Limeade is the perfect accompaniment to your St. Patrick’s Day party spread.
Makes 6 servings
1 cup limeade concentrate
4 cups water
1. Combine 1 cup concentrate (recipe follows) and water in a pitcher. Stir to dissolve.
2. Add green food coloring (optional). Garnish with sliced limes.
Makes 1 quart
1 ¼ cup fresh, strained lime juice
1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
1 ½ cups water
1. Combine sugar and water in a medium saucepan.
2. Heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Cool. Add lime juice. Refrigerate or freeze.
