If you run out of bread or just want a change of pace, try oatmeal for lunch.
Make oatmeal using your favorite method and seal tightly in an insulated container (such as a Thermos-brand jar). Great add-ins include chopped walnuts and blueberries. Don’t forget to pack a spoon!
Include a boiled egg for added protein.
Melons are a good breakfast fruit. Use mini cookie cutters for fun shapes. Invest in a cutter set for fruits, veggies and cheeses.
