Anything Bars

Why are these called “Anything Bars”? Because you can switch the chocolate chips to any chips you like: milk chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate or white chocolate. You can even substitute butterscotch or toffee chips for half the chocolate. For the nuts, you can use walnuts, peanuts or even macadamias, as long as they are chopped.

Makes 2 dozen bars

Prep time: 10 minutes • Cook time: 25 minutes

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup butter, melted

1 (14-ounce) can condensed milk

1 cup flaked coconut

2 cups chocolate chips

1 cup chopped nuts

1. Preheat over to 350°F.

2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into the bottom of a 13- x 9-inch baking pan.

3. Pour condensed milk evenly on top of the crumbs.

4. Top with the chips, nuts and coconut.

5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the chips are melted.
